Vacuuming can remove dry soils that damage your carpet and cause it to wear prematurely. However the oily soils are still left behind from pets, cooking vapor, and the soil outside your home still need to be taken care of.
Carpet manufacturers recommend having your carpet cleaned every 12-18 months to keep up with overall appearance, fiber retention, and warranty. Over time these oily soils build up and can be harder to remove, causing the carpet to fade and become dull. Annual cleaning will ensure your carpet stays fresh and clean.

We will thoroughly vacuum the carpet prior to cleaning to ensure we remove as much fine dry soil and pet hair before we begin cleaning. Many of our clients like to vacuum before we arrive, and that’s okay. We can always double-check to ensure we get the best end result possible.
Before applying a pre-spray to the carpet, we address any spots such as paint, Koolaid, grease, soda/pop spills, and any other spots we may see. If you have pet stains and odors, we begin working on them during this step as well.
Our family and pet safe pretreatment gets applied to the carpet and begins breaking down the soils and oils deep in the carpet. Agitation is a vital part of the cleaning process. While the pretreatment is dwelling, we safely agitate the fibers to break up more stubborn soils and oils so they can be suspended in the pretreatment solution.
We utilize both hot water extraction (steam cleaning) and low moisture cleaning methods for carpet cleaning. The method(s) we use varies from appointment to appointment and we use the method that will work best for your situation. Our cleaning equipment extracts the suspended dirt and soil out of the carpet. We do multiple passes with both methods to ensure maximum soil extraction and this helps the carpet to dry faster too.
